Come for a glass or bottle. Stay for THE sweet tunes.
Mrs Muttons Bottleshop & Baa is a work in progress. Slowly renovating to the ultimate goal of a listening baa, where our focus will be on craft beers, fine wines, cheese, hi-fidelity sound, acoustics, and sweet tunes, like trip-hop, hip hop, rare grooves, soul, jazz, dub, world and electronic music to name a few loved genres. Our wines-by-the-glass menu can change weekly, though some gems stay on for as long as we can. There’s always new limited craft beers arriving each week, plus other spritzy thingy’s.
No kitchen, for now, just good drinks, good music and room to unwind. The beer garden, with its fig and almond trees, is glorious in spring & summer. We allow pizzas in from Footscray’s favourite, Slice Shop Pizza. Order direct via their website.
Email baa@mrsmuttons.com if you would like us to reserve a table, or have any enquiries. We don’t do functions, as we’re always open for our lovely locals as a chilled, relaxing watering hole. There’s no cover in the beer garden, so can only reserve tables outside if we know the weather forecast, usually within 7 days. We have one area inside that can hold 20 people, 10 sitting, and 10 standing. All other tables inside are for 2, 4, 6 & or 8 people.
By the glass.
What's pouring this week. Our wines by the glass change often, though some gems stay on for a while. We also regularly crack some special bottles to pour on the day. Tap the list to open it.

Take something good home.
Every bottle on our shelves is one we'd pour ourselves - reds, whites, orange, chilled reds, pét-nats and sparkling from small producers. Pick up in store, and stay for a cheeky glass, or browse and order online (coming soon.) Follow our instagram @mrs.muttons for wine and beer offerings.
New beers this week.
Some of the new craft beers that dropped this week — there's always more in the fridge. See our Instagram for the full line-up.
From THE ground up.
Yes, this is MRS MUTTONS. We’ve come along way since then. A lot of paint, sweat and beers has gone into refurbishing this old building.

Right by Middle Footscray station.
We’re a perfect spot to have a quick little drinky-poo before you jump on the Metro Tunnel for your night out in the Big Smoke.
